Biography

Passionate about the driving process and strategic innovation and assisting organizations with adapting to change and improving daily process management, Dr. Suzana Espindola graduated from her doctoral studies in project and construction management at U.B.C., focusing on Sustainable Development Management in the construction industry. Over the last 20 years, Dr. Espindola has committed her career to research and develop management and quality processes, obtaining her B.B.A., M.B.A., and M.Sc. in Production Engineering, focusing on indicators of performance, process, and people management.
