Co-op

Co-op students are a cost-effective and easy way to hire short-term talent who may convert to future long-term employees. Through UBC Engineering Co-op, employers have access to a pool of students ranging from second-year to graduate level. To be considered, each Co-op work term must be minimum four months, and can consecutively last up for 16 months. Most students choose 4- or 8-month work terms. Financial assistance from the federal and government is available on Co-op salaries.
