Complete fourth-year technical electives at Peking University with the Globex Summer Study Program, July 1 – July 31, 2014.
UBC Civil Engineering students have a fantastic opportunity to travel to Beijing this summer to participate in the The Globex Summer Program for international engineering students. Students enrolled in this four week intensive program can take one or two engineering courses at Peking University, taught by internationally-renowned professors invited from universities across the world. Transfer credit will be offered for one of: China’s Economy or China Today, plus any of: Interfaces and Plastic Deformations in Materials, Smart Materials and Adaptive Systems, Computational Fluids Dynamics and its Application to Multiphase Flows, or Applied Finite Element Technology.
City tours and field trips to Beijing’s most significant sites will enhance your studies, making this an unforgettable adventure.
